Update 42 – MBA Communication regarding opening times and operative branches.

The Malta Bankers’ Association (‘the MBA’) informs the general public that its Communication of the 24th August 2020 is being updated with the following information:

 

Bank of Valletta p.l.c.

 

The bank notifies that its Siggiewi Branch is temporarily closed until further notice as a staff member in the branch tested positive for COVID-19. The branch is being thoroughly sanitised and will reopen once it is ascertained safe to do so for the safety and wellbeing of customers and staff. The Health authorities are in contact with those individuals who might have been exposed to the contagion as part of the requisite contact tracing protocol.

 

BNF Bank p.l.c.

The bank notifies that the St Julian’s Branch will be resuming normal operations as, Wednesday 24th March.

Therefore, opening hours are as follows:

The branches in Naxxar, Mosta, Qormi (PAVI Shopping Complex), San Ġwann, Siġġiewi, St Julian’s, Fgura, Paola, Rabat and Gozo are as follows:   

Monday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m – 12:30 p.m.

Branches in Paola, San Ġwann, Naxxar and Rabat are currently operating without cashier service from Monday to Saturday. 

Qormi (PAVI Shopping Complex) and Siġġiewi branches will be offering cashier services from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays

The Attard and St Paul’s Bay Branches are temporarily closed, until further notice. The closest branch is in Mosta, 12 Constitution Street.
