
The Malta Bankers’ Association (‘the MBA’) informs the general public that its Communication of the 24th August 2020 is being updated with the following information:

The bank notifies that on Wednesday 3rd March, its Marsaxlokk Agency reopened for business following its temporary closure brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, the bank notifies that its Mellieħa Branch is temporarily closed until further notice due to a possible COVID-19 positive case.
The bank notifies that its Zejtun branch temporarily closed on Tuesday 9th March, reopened for business on Wednesday 10th March as per normal hours. The branch was temporarily closed after an employee tested positive for COVID-19. In line with usual practice, the branch was disinfected and confirmed safe to reopen.
